EVA JOHANNA LEPIKOV

Eva Johanna Lepikov is the Executive Producer of Tallinn Music Week, the annual music and city culture festival and international music industry conference held in Tallinn, Estonia. Founded in 2009, it has become one of the key showcase festivals in the Nordic-Baltic region, bringing together emerging artists, music industry professionals, policymakers, creatives, and audiences from around the world. The festival is praised for highlighting new talent, fostering international collaboration, and exploring the role of culture in society and urban development.

Alongside TMW, she is in charge of marketing for the music and culture festival Station Narva and for international artists’ concerts and projects with Shiftworks. Taking place in Estonia’s eastern border city, Station Narva brings together music, art, and public discussion while highlighting Narva’s unique cultural identity and bringing visibility for the area through culture. Shiftworks specializes in international music and culture event production, social campaigns, marketing and communication projects, city development initiatives through culture, as well as creative sector strategy development and international collaborations across sectors and disciplines.

Eva holds a degree in Music Business from BIMM Bristol and brings extensive experience across music and event marketing, promotion, production, and stage management. She is also in charge of artist liaison for the festivals Kikumu and Saund (formerly Sõru Saund).
