"Eefje Arts is a Festival and Operational Director with nearly a decade of experience in the international festival and event industry. Through her work across Dekmantel, DGTL and Into the Great Wide Open, she has navigated the landscape of festivals and nightlife with a commitment to (underground) dance floor culture and quality festival experiences.

In her work, music, art and brand operations combine at scale. Her practice ranges from long-term commercial strategy to innovative, experience-driven artistic direction. She has directed international festivals and companies, conceptualised stages in collaboration with partners such as Children of the Light and Matière Noire, and delivered brand outings that demanded both cultural credibility and strategic impact at the highest executional standard. In recent years, she has helped Dekmantel grow from a mid-sized festival organisation into an internationally recognised cultural institution, strengthening commercial success while remaining an independent company."
