VOLUNTEERS WANTED: JOIN THE SHIP TEAM IN ŠIBENIK THIS SEPTEMEBER

SHIP 2026 is bringing its most ambitious program yet and is looking for passionate individuals who want to peek behind the scenes of an international showcase festival and music conference. The organizers have officially opened volunteer applications for the fourth edition of the festival, taking place from September 10th to 13th in Šibenik, Croatia.

"With fifty artists, over a hundred speakers, and a four-day program spread across eight stages, SHIP is once again counting on a strong volunteer team. We are looking for people who want to be part of a dynamic festival production and play a key role in an event that transforms Šibenik into one of Europe's most important music hubs," the organizers stated.

Depending on their personal interests and the festival's needs, volunteers will join either the Hospitality, Press, or Intervention team. Responsibilities will include welcoming guests, cooperating with artists, delegates, and media representatives, assisting with accreditations, accommodation, and transport, as well as providing general support to festival crews across various locations.

Prior experience and language proficiency are not mandatory. Above all, the organizers are looking for responsible, reliable, and organized individuals who thrive in team environments, love to learn, and want to gain hands-on experience in large-scale event organization.

WHAT ARE THE PERKS?
• Free access to all festival programs, concerts, and conference panels
• Free accommodation for those coming from outside of Šibenik
• Official festival T-shirt and bag
• Free meals during shifts
• Official validation of volunteer hours and a certificate of appreciation
